This program looks at the way you are exercising now and through a number of questions we can see what you are interested in doing with exercise. Whether you are looking to strengthen, tone and create muscular endurance or heal illnesses; this exercise program can help you rebuild your body. If you have been suffering from illnesses such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, or neurological disorders then exercise when approached the right way can heal these disorders. It is most effective when used in conjunction with the Food Program and Body Awareness Program to reverse illness because the food eaten in a persons daily life, if it is poisonous, can be a cause of the illness. We can detect whether this is occurring and help you correct the food problems. When done correctly, exercise can actually remove pain in your body. The Body awareness program incorporated with this will help with physical coordination and movement that gives you a more effective exercise program. Learn what exercises are most effective for your body type to create results you are looking for. Our meeting can happen as an online meeting at the on-line time requested. We can also schedule an appointment at your home or at a gym. If you would prefer an in person consultation please make this request in the notes when you schedule the online appointment. For those in-person appointment requests we will meet at the schedule time requested online to make the in person appointment. An online payment is required to move forward with an appointment whether in person or online. Appointments have a one-time option to reschedule within 12 to 24 hours of the scheduled time of the appointment. To receive a refund for a cancellation you must cancel 48 hours before the scheduled time of the appointment. A refund will not be provided for any rescheduled appointments.
