This appointment involves a one hour online or in-person meeting that will introduce you to the five points of Healthy Renewal. These five points of Renewal focus on: 1. Food 2.Exercise 3. Spirituality 4. Body Awareness 5.Financial Awareness We will create a beginners guide that is personally tailored to addressing the specific details of each of your five (5) categories for transformation. This program uses an integrative approach that incorporates healing aspects of all five points to create an attainable way of transformation. Each Individualized Healthy Renewal point creates a series of steps that make the beginning lifestyle changes of transformation reasonable and reachable. When using all five points of information together you will eventually reach a place in your Renewal where you can see how the five puzzle pieces meet together to help you connect future steps on your own. After this appointment if you are interested in looking at all categories in more detail, would like to focus on just one, or incorporate a few; we can schedule your appointment time(s) then. Each future appointment will be a more in-depth transformative solution to reach your Healthy Renewal. I look forward to seeing you and leading you into your majestic transformation. Our meeting can happen as an online meeting at the on-line time requested. We can also schedule an appointment at your home or at a coffee shop. If you would prefer an in person consultation please make this request in the notes when you schedule the online appointment. For those in-person appointment requests we will meet at the schedule time requested online to make the in person appointment. An online payment is required to move forward with an appointment whether in person or online. Appointments have a one-time option to reschedule within 12 to 24 hours of the scheduled time of the appointment. To receive a refund for a cancellation you must cancel 48 hours before the scheduled time of the appointment. A refund will not be provided for any rescheduled appointments.
