Healthy Renewal Package Appointment

Service Description

Participate in an integrative Healthy Renewal program. You will experience 6 separate sessions that last about 1 hour and 30 mins. Session One (1) The initial appointment will be an introductory session that explains what you are going to learn and what tools you will need to accomplish the Renewal. Session Two (2) Your second appointment will focus on the First point of Renewal: Food. This session teaches you how to choose and manage healthy foods in a way that will heal your body of illness, remove trauma, and provide long lasting energy. Session Three (3) Is the second point of renewal: Exercise. Here you will Learn how to incorporate exercise in a way that is right for your body, that you enjoy, to create physiological healing. Session Four (4) Is the Third point of renewal: Body Awareness. This session will address aspects of your body movement that affect your exercise. It will help you become more aware of your body movement, alignment and coordination in order to create an effective exercise program. Session Five (5) is the Fourth point of Renewal: Spirituality. This important connection will addresses your inner spiritual journey to help you receive a supportive, protective, healing spiritual connection that gives you internal will power to move through the difficult points of this journey. Session 6 is the final point of renewal:Finance. This session looks at your life with money. How money interacts in your life. How to take money and incorporate it into your life in a way that does not make it a crunch to survival. Instead money becomes a part of your life you control. This final session will create a five point interactive program. Our meeting can happen as an online meeting at the on-line time requested. We can also schedule an appointment at your home or at a coffee shop. If you would prefer an in person consultation please make this request in the notes when you schedule the online appointment. For those in-person appointment requests we will meet at the schedule time requested online to make the in person appointment. An online payment is required to move forward with an appointment whether in person or online. Appointments have a one-time option to reschedule within 12 to 24 hours of the scheduled time of the appointment. To receive a refund for a cancellation you must cancel 48 hours before the scheduled time of the appointment. A refund will not be provided for any rescheduled appointments.
